Cindy Sparling

Rev. Jimmy Santiago serves as the Foundation’s Church Relationship Specialist. Rev. Santiago served as interim President of the Denomination from June, 2022 until July, 2023. Jimmy retired as the Missionary Church Central Region’s Director of Hispanic Church Multiplication. Prior to working for the Central Region, Jimmy served as a pastor in the Missionary Church for more than 11 years. He’s on the advisory board of New Life for Girls, a women’s rehabilitation ministry, and attends church in Florida.

Wes Steury
PresidenteWesley Steury ha trabajado para la firma Burt, Blee, Dixon, Sutton & Bloom en Fort Wayne, Indiana desde 1979.Es el pasado tesorero y vice-presidente de la Fundación de Inversiones de la Iglesia Misionera (MCIF, por sus siglas en inglés). Doug Stitt
Vice-PresidenteDoug Stitt es diseñador gráfico, redactor, fotógrafo y propietario de Sensible Creative, una empresa de comunicaciones de marketing en Fort Wayne, Indiana. Doug se graduó del Philadelphia College of Bible (ahora Universidad de Cairn) con una licenciatura en Biblia y una especialización en pastoral. Rev. Don Williams
SecretarioDon Williams serves as the Director of Operations of the Missionary Church, Inc. denominational headquarters. Don previously served as a local church pastor for 26 years. He earned a D. Min. in Spiritual Formation from Asbury Seminary, and has taught undergraduate courses in church administration, biblical studies, and spiritual formation.

Rev. Marcos A. Crespo
Regional RepresentativeMarcos A. Crespo Sr. se desempeña como Representante Regional de MCIF en la Región Este. Marcos fundó la Iglesia de Cristo Para Todas Las Naciones en Bristol, Pensilvania, y fue pastor allí durante 15 años. Además, durante los últimos 7 años, ha servido en la Región Este como Administrador Regional y Tesorero. Kyle Evans
Regional RepresentativeKyle Evans serves MCIF as Regional Representative in the Vinia Region. Kyle graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and from Colorado Christian University with a master’s degree in executive leadership. He is the current Director of Leader Development for Vinia and is also the owner of Vitality Church Consulting. Kyle also has experience as an Executive Pastor, missionary, and youth pastor.

Rev. Dan Palmer
Regional RepresentativeDan Palmer es el Representante Regional de la Fundación en el Sureste. Cuenta con una amplia experiencia en la plantación de iglesias y el ministerio pastoral, habiendo pastoreado iglesias en Texas, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Washington y Canadá. Rev. Rodney Arnold
DirectorEl reverendo Rodney Arnold, presidente de nuestra denominación, está acreditado en la Iglesia Misionera desde 2009 y se desempeña como pastor principal de la Iglesia OneLife en Knoxville, Tennessee. Ha sido miembro de la Iglesia Misionera durante los últimos cuatro años y ayudó a lanzar la Red de Iglesias Ignite. Sus dones espirituales incluyen liderazgo, administración y discernimiento. Criado en Carolina del Norte y Virginia, Rodney se convirtió al cristianismo a los cinco años. Dan Bridges
DirectorDan Bridges taught in the public school system for 8 years, served as a church consultant with Church Growth Services, and most recently, works as the Assistant Superintendent in the North Central Region of the Missionary Church. Dan also serves on the Board of Directors of United Missionary Loans and Investments and is a member of California Road Missionary Church in Elkhart, IN. He has a B.A. in Biology from Goshen College and a Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Tondra Carrier
DirectorTondra Carrier is the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer of SVN Parke Group, a commercial real estate firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Tondra previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Remedy – Soulmedic Media. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and Systems and an M.B.A., both from Taylor University. Ms. Call also serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Denomination. Tondra is an ex-officio member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Jerry Gaughn
DirectorJerry retired in 2024 as Quality Assurance Manager from Controlled Power Company, a part of Trystar, where he worked for more than 36 years. He is a member of Veritas Bible Church, where he serves as an Elder Board Member and Treasurer. He also serves as Treasurer for Southeast Michigan District Missionary Church, and as Treasurer for the Alliance of Warren Evangelicals. He has a degree in Quality Management from Macomb Community College and a degree in electronics from NIT Roseville.

Dwight Gaught
DirectorDwight is the Director of IT/Cyber of Fiserv, a financial services company. He previously held cybersecurity roles at several banks and consulting firms. Mr. Gaught holds a degree from the University of Alabama Huntsville and an Evangelism degree from the Rock College Ministry School.

Rev. Kate Ubersax
DirectorKate serves as the Pastor of Family and Discipleship at First Missionary Church in Berne, Indiana. She previously served as Children and Family Director at First United Methodist Church in Durango, Colorado, and she began her career in ministry as Assistant Program Director for Youth Haven Ranch, in Michigan. She was licensed as a Minister in the Missionary Church in 2013 and ordained in 2018. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Huntington College, a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, and an M.A. in Christian Education from Asbury Theological Seminary. Kate also serves as President of the Berne Public Library Board of Trustees and volunteers with 4H.
