In January 2011, Steve Sisson joined the Missionary Church Investment Foundation (MCIF) as executive director. Prior to coming to MCIF, he served as a vice president of business banking at Grabill Bank, Fort Wayne, Indiana, for more than 13 years. At MCIF, Steve oversees the day-to-day operations as well as the foundation’s direction and development. Steve holds a BS degree in finance from Franklin University and is a member of Fellowship Missionary Church, Ft. Wayne, Indiana.

Cindy Sparling se unió a la Fundación de Inversiones de la Iglesia Misionera (MCIF, por sus siglas en inglés) como asistente administrativa en noviembre del 2012. Ella provee servicio al cliente a iglesias, ministerios. e inversionistas. También sirve como recepcionista y asistente al director de desarrollo/comunicaciones de la denominación. Antes de venir a las oficinas centrales de la Iglesia Misionera, Cindy trabajó por más de 15 años como procesadora de préstamos y representante de servicio al cliente para Wells Fargo. Rev. Jimmy Santiago serves as the Foundation’s Church Relationship Specialist. Rev. Santiago was elected interim President of the Denomination in June, 2022. Rev. Santiago recently retired as the Missionary Church Central Region’s Director of Hispanic Church Multiplication. Prior to working for the Central Region, Jim served as a pastor in the Missionary Church for more than 11 years. He’s on the advisory board of New Life for Girls, a women’s rehabilitation ministry, and attends Cornerstone Community Church in Chicago, Illinois.
Wes Steury

Doug Stitt
Vice-PresidenteDoug Stitt is a graphic designer, copywriter, photographer and owner of Sensible Creative, a marketing communications company in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Doug graduated from Philadelphia College of Bible (now Cairn University) with a B.S. in Bible and a pastoral major. In addition to serving on the design team at Pathway Community Church, Doug also founded and leads Serving Simply, a feeding and caring ministry in downtown Fort Wayne, serving the homeless and needy every Saturday.
Don Williams

Dan Palmer
Regional RepresentativeDan Palmer serves as the Foundation’s Regional Representative in the Southeast. Dan has an extensive background in church planting and pastoral ministry, having pastored churches in Texas, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Washington, and Canada. He has served in the Missionary Church in a variety of capacities and currently serves on the Extenuating Circumstances Committee. Dan lives near Knoxville, Tennessee.
Marcos A. Crespo
Regional RepresentativeMarcos A Crespo Sr. serves MCIF as Regional Representative in the Eastern Region. Marcos planted Cristo Para Todas Las Naciones MC in Bristol, PA and pastored there for 15 years. Also, for the last 7 years, he has been serving the Eastern Region as Regional Administrator and Treasurer. In addition, he is currently the Business Manager at Fleetwood Bible Church MC in Fleetwood, PA.
Ryan King

Dan Bridges
DirectorMr. Bridges taught in the public school system for 8 years, served as a church consultant with Church Growth Services, and most recently, works as the Assistant Superintendent in the North Central District of the Missionary Church. Dan also serves on the Board of Directors of United Missionary Loans and Investments and is a member of California Road Missionary Church in Elkhart, IN. He has a B.A. in Biology from Goshen College and a Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Rev. Rodney Arnold
DirectorRev. Rodney Arnold, our denomination’s president, has been credentialed with the Missionary Church since 2009 and has been serving as Lead Pastor of OneLife Church in Knoxville, Tennessee. He has served on the GOC for the past four years and helped launch the Ignite Church Network. His spiritual gifts include leadership, administration, and discernment. Growing up in North Carolina and Virginia, Rodney became a Christian when he was five years old. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in communications and from Liberty Theological Seminary with a master’s degree in church planting. Rodney and his wife, Harrison, have been married fourteen years and have three children.
